If you are not satisfied in any way with any of the goods in your order or just wish to cancel it you may. Please Contact me within 7 working days on receipt of your order or 3 working days from ordering to cancel A full refund will be given on purchase price ( excluding postage) on their return as long as they are returned In original condition NEW and UNUSED and UNOPENED to qualify for full refund.
The cost and safe return of goods is your responsibility as a customer If the goods are damaged or faulty on delivery to you contact me by phone or email within 7 working days of receipt and a replacement Or a refund will be given including royle mail postage cost will be refunded on return of goods. But I will take every effort to make sure goods are packed well so damages should not happen.
